Dropped game lost everything
3 of us in dire marsh after running the canal purple key. Then in quarantine and game dropped. Everything lost even what we came in with. Total BS. No way to screen shot or anything. Lost great gear. Players me, Leafy_Greenz and xKable0013x

We are aware of a temporary blip that caused some players to be disconnected from Marathon and have since resolved it.
We've additionally seen reports that the automatic lost loot protection did not work for all players who encountered this issue. While we are unable to directly refund gear lost due to this issue for everyone, we'll be providing a Deluxe Sponsored Kit to players who were online around the time of the error. Keep an eye on your mailbox over the next couple of days for this to be delivered. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Thanks but a deluxe sponsored kit is insulting considering I lost a purple room worth of loot as well as a purple backpack, bully and Outland I brought in.
Still have not received anything, FYI
