Cryo hackable terminals bug
Dear Bungie Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical bug and request assistance regarding a lost item due to an in-game glitch.
The incident occurred approximately 40-50 minutes ago, at 18:47 UTC (14:47 EDT / 15:47 ART) on September 17, 2026.
I was running the endgame map Cryo Archive, working on the 6th cryochamber/vault. When trying to extract, the red barrier near the extraction point failed to open despite fulfilling the requirements. Because the barrier was completely bugged and wouldn't open, I was trapped and died, resulting in the loss of a rare key subroutine that I urgently needed.
There is already significant negative feedback and controversy surrounding the game across media and community channels, and game-breaking bugs like this only push dedicated players away. It is genuinely disheartening and frustrating to lose a valuable subroutine from a rare key because of an extraction barrier failure rather than player error.
Could you please investigate this bug and look into restoring my lost subroutine?

My teammate triggered a laser but managed to access the hacking panel. In the video above, during the last minute, you can see my teammate hacking the panel, but unfortunately, the barrier doesn't open.
