I cant start the game

I can launch the game, but after the title screen, it just freezes at the start. I tried waiting for over 30 minutes—nothing happened. Reinstalling and verifying file integrity didn't help.

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Could you try the following troubleshooting steps to see if helps resolve the issue:

    • Fully close Marathon and restart your PC.
    • Make sure that the newest update for the game is installed.
    • Restart your modem/router, then try again. If possible, test with a wired connection if you use wi-fi.
    • Try launching the game while connected to a different network, such as a phone hotspot. Please let us know whether that changes anything.
    • Fully exit Steam, make sure it is not still running in the background, sign back in, and launch Marathon directly from your Steam Library.

    If you're still getting stuck on the "Signing in..." screen, please provide the following details:

    • The approximate date and time of when this started to happen and when did you last successfully logged in
    • Your region and ISP
    • Are you using a VPN or network tool?
    • Any error codes or messages that appear
    • Whether another Steam account works on the same PC, or whether your account works on another PC
    • A short video of what happens when you try to log in

    last successfull login was back in august. since then i dropped game because of work. now im trying to get back. first time when i encountered this error was september 1, around 19 00(GMT+3). second time - yesterday, around 20 00(GMT+3)

    i have another steam accounts, but havent loged into them for a while. and before it was not a problem. my account is only on my pc
