Unable to complete capstone requirements
For some reason I’m not able to track or see anything required for my faction requirements and it’s really frustrating being VIP with everything done but not being able to do something as simple as buying Gold Shields.
Need assistance.

Thank you very much for your response and the video. Reviewing the video, it appears that for the VIP ranks in which you've completed the last capstone upgrade, the VIP upgrades are available. In order to receive these particular upgrades for NuCaloric or the other factions, you may need to unlock previous upgrades to be able to unlock the final capstone upgrade, in order to see the VIP upgrades.
