Salvage Tracking from Faction Upgrades Unable to be Untracked

- Description of Issue - Salvage Tracking from Faction Upgrades Unable to be Untracked. When salvage is tracked from the Factions menu for a specific upgrade, that list of salvage disappears from the upgrade when you purchase it. The salvage will continue to be tracked on infil, and the salvage cannot be untracked through the Vault menu. When I start the salvage tracking from the Vault menu, I have no issues untracking them. In my screenshot examples below, Anomalous Wire cannot be untracked but Tarax Seed can.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 9/14/2026
- Repro steps - Track Salvage requirement through Factions menu in one of the upgrades. Purchase the upgrade, and attempt to untrack the salvage through the Vault screen.
