Accidentally sold my gold key template
Hey! I was putting together a gold loadout to hopefully knock out all the gold key templates I've saved up over the season, and decided to start it early with an easy one- looting the wandering cargo drones on Perimeter. While putting together a kit, I accidentally added a green leg implant, and decided to sell it because it was taking up space in my vault. While selling it, at the last second I moved my cursor off of the green implant... and right onto my gold key template. I didn't even notice for a couple minutes while i put the rest of my kit together. I only found out how it disappeared by checking back with steams background clipping feature.
I know it's probably my fault... but why does it immediately sell when my cursor moves, and not start a new cooldown that I can notice and click off of? I had other key templates, but after unlocking one key I just got off the game, as losing a gold key template to such a stupid bug turned me off.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you accidentally sold your Gold Key template while trying to sell another item. I'm afraid we are unable to manually restore lost, sold, or otherwise deleted items, unfortunately. Any potential item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems. I am truly sorry for this unfortunate outcome.
Regarding your comment about resetting the sell timer when moving your cursor to another object - I understand where you're coming from and that this could help prevent accidental sells. While I appreciate the suggestion, the ideal place to get the relevant teams to see this would be on the Marathon Discord, where our developers can see your suggestions. If you haven't already done so, please consider sharing this in the server's dedicated feedback channels.
