Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- What was the name of the prestige valuable that you exfilled with?
- Did you personally carry the item in your backpack during exfil, or did a crewmate pick it up and share it with you?
- If you did share the item, did the player who physically carried the item receive credit while you did not?
- Was this a solo run or a crew run? If crew, how many players were affected?
- Any video or screenshots showing the successful exfil with the item.
If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here, and we’ll be glad to take a look.

- 08.07.2026 (yesterday) around 5-6pm
- i exfilled with "Arachne death hymns"
- i personally carried the item in my backpack and was the only player that touched the item
- It was trio queue on sponsored night marsh and i have bo way to verify if others ran into the same issue or not because i was playing with fill players

We are aware of players reporting this issue with Arachne Death Hymns and the Prestigious codex, and are working on a fix.

when the fix is implemented will i get my codex entry or will i have to find another prestige valuable?
