Sneak paks disappearing

Description of Issue - 2 different sneak packs went missing from my inventory today
Rough Date and Time of issue - 8/5/26 830PM EST
Repro steps - I had full inventory equipped on my character, with my vault full, selected the free sponsored kit switch from start page and completed a Dire Marsh Night run. Upon exfil and returning to my vault... Everything I had prior to selecting the free sponsored kit was in the overflow vault except for my sneak pack that was equipped. Twice today the same thing happened and my sneak packs were not in the overflow or in my vault. They just disappeared. Please fix this bug and refund my the 2 blue sneak packs that are missing from my inventory now.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
