I lost everything I had during an ADN run because of a bug in Cryo Archive and I'd really like to get my stuff back and I’d like to point out that everything belongs to me except for the Prestige implant found on a rider’s BR33

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
