Duos C.A.R.R.I - no commendations

me and my buddy have been playing duos all morning doing contracts and then we realized after 3 ish hours that we were not getting any carri points

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Were these runs in a Duos queue, or were you entering a Trios activity with Crew Fill turned off? Like Vault Breaker for example?
    • Which map and mode were you playing when this happened?
    • Did either of you complete contract objectives, and did both of you successfully exfil?
    • Were you checking your C.A.R.R.I. commendation total after exfil, or only later in the Armory?
    • A video or clip of the end of the run, especially the exfil and post-run reward screens
