Null Tempest Bundle

I have been trying for weeks to get some help with redeeming the Null tempest Bundle in game, I filled out the ticket with the store from my last forum post, and I still haven't even received a response from that ticket. It's been nearly a month since I originally purchased the bundle, and I still don't have access to the skin.
