previously equipped backpacks disappear when going into overflow after exfilling from a run with a sponsor kit

title might be a bit confusing so i will elaborate and provide some video evidence. my vault is currently completely full, 512/512. i had a loadout on as well with a purple medpack equipped. i felt like doing a sponsor kit run, so i put on a free kit and loaded into perimeter. it was a pretty successful run and i ended up with a filled purple backpack on exfil. my previously saved loadout went to overflow, but my purple medpack was straight up gone. i will provide a clip of my loadout being briefly shown before i started the run, where the purple medpack is visible. then i will provide a clip of what was in the overflow inventory after my sponsor kit run.

i lost the purple medpack shown here, and a purple sneak pack like 2 days ago. compensation would be nice if possible.

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
This also just happened to me. I went in with a sponsored kit and upon exfil, my previous loadout went to vault overflow and the superior base pack I had was missing.
Edit: I have a theory that items are being lost because the overflow vault has a limited amount of space (I counted 48 slots). What I suspect is happening is all the items are sent to overflow, then the backpack is unequipped, and if there isn't enough room, it's deleted. I have yet to test this with a completely full inventory but I haven't lost a backpack after using a sponsored kit when my loadout was under the 48 slots.
I just wanted to add on and say that this happened to me as well. When a backpack gets sent to overflow after a run with a sponsored kit, it takes away from the trace status of that item. I had a purple backpack with a trace status of one equipped, ran a green sponsored kit, exfilled, and the backpack I had on prior to infil was gone when I looked at the overflow.
