GPU UTILIZATION FLUCTUATIONS CAUSING UNPLAYABLE STUTTERING SINCE NEWEST UPDATE
Hello, player with over 500+ hours here...
4080 super, 13900fk system, just did a fresh windows install to troubleshoot. Issue still persists after.
Can happen upon loading into main menu upon launch and have had it happen randomly in a firefight too. Fresh install of windows eliminates all variables on my end.
ETA on a fix? I can't play the game like this so I will have to play something else while I wait for a patch (which btw needs to be a lot faster to happen, season 2 patch cycles and communication have been way worse compared to season 1)
I'm trying to defend your game bungie, throw me a bone here. I've spent the whole weekend trying to fix a problem that's apparently on your end, have a little more respect for your customers.

dude i have exact same problem. fresh windows install and everything, still no fix. prior to vault breaker it ran buttery smooth!
hope it gets fixed soon for us both :p
