AI Uplink Loot Could Not be Taken
I used my gold AI Uplink key, and a gold circuit breaker spawned, which was unlootable. This issue occurred on 7/26/26 at roughly 11am EST. During this time, the gold circuit breaker was disabled to pickup, but was still able to spawn as loot. If an item is disabled, it should NOT be in the loot table, especially for incredibly rare gold keys.
Given that this was a gold key (the only one I have ever found) I would appreciate if I could have this item reimbursed to me, or another item of my choice. I have video proof.

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
Here's the video. It's infuriating to have a game thats both this buggy and this punishing. I had a crash because of the CB bug, and now this from the "solution." If support isnt going to make things right, the game should give 5 kit recoveries per season players can use as they see fit.

The Marathon Dev Team shared that the Circuit Breaker shotgun’s Prestige Mod, Overclocked Delimiter, was disabled on July 24th while the team investigates an issue linked to certain crashes. If the weapon you found was affected by that disabled mod, it may have impacted your ability to loot or use it as expected.

Yes, I understand that, but why was it left in the loot pool? I would like a gold circuit breaker added to my mail as compenstation, which I will use once the bug is fixed.
It is not acceptable to have a bug prevent me from looting an item from a gold key room, which is INCREDIBLY rare and risky.
