Stuck Outside Panopticon - Index/Cargo Side of Control
My team and I were located in the hallway on the second floor of control between Cargo/Index, just outside of the door to go into Panopticon. Iw as holding an angle on the Cargo side door when a Vandal peaked where I was after charging up their hand cannon. The blast from their hand cannon pushed me into a spot where I was unable to get out, causing me to lose a 22k+ loadout. There was nothing I could do and it wasn't even my own fault that got me stuck.

Finally, my mind is at ease, and I can sleep easily and be happy at night. It makes the countless hours of grinding, countless runs, only to finally get a gold mizzy, then subsequently lose it due to your own negligence in fairly simple, straightforward map design, so worth it. What makes it even more comforting is the super empathetic, totally real person from Bungie support who commented back on my report form, expressing their sincere, definitely not an auto response, concern for my issue as well as the other ongoing, game-breaking issues that have been introduced this season.
