Game crashed to desktop when doing Unsanctioned Hostilities 4/5 quest (Traxus)
Got into pinwheel late in the game after several fights. Went to command wing to complete the Traxus quest. Interacted with the security data to start the encounter. Right as the bots spawned in, the game locked up and crashed. Have never felt a crash like this before. Lost entire kit that I brought in as well as 2 runners worth of loot + 3red room. Very sad :(
I know there is likely nothing you can do to compensate losing gear in this way, but you might want to look into this quest. There are several other posts on here and on reddit regarding similar crashes on this quest.

I tried relaunching the game but it was too late as it showed the end screen of shell destroyed.
The game crashed directly to desktop, no error codes or messages. This is the video https://youtu.be/GY7nGIJeosg
It just combined the moment it stopped recording because of the crash and the moment I booted up the game. The video does not include the time after crash to desktop and relaunch
Same issue, happens for the dire marsh nucaloric questline as well when interacting with mission objectives
