VaultBreaker DNA Not Spawning
If you have the T2 Vault Data upgrade that gives you Vault 6 Lab Code, you can access vault 6 without accessing secret labs.
However, DNA Access Card does not spawn in Vault 6 unless you first go to secret labs and deactivate the firewall.
If you have to go to secret labs anyway, the T2 upgrade is completely useless.
