Bungie Answered
Unable to claim Faction Rank Rewards.
So while some have stated a few different things with faction claims, I'll be brief with mine:
- While I have seen the update from Bungie regarding the current reset on Faction Rank Rewards and advising for players to redeem them, mine are currently unredeemable.
- Any new Faction Rank Rewards I have received since the update also cannot be redeemed.
- I am able to claim Contract Rewards without issue so far.
- Upgrades also appear to be fine.

Thank you for reporting this. We have seen a rise in reports of issues impacting Faction rewards and are currently investigating the issue on our end. Your patience is appreciated while this is being looked into.
I am dealing with the exact same issue. Not being able to redeem new rewards and every faction says redeem which I cannot.
