Vault Breaker is Broken (Inventory overflow bug is back)

Description of Issue - Inventory overflow bug from Season 1 is back, this time for Vault Breaker. Vault Index item (both T1 and T2) are automatically sold if your vault is full. Inventory feed shows them going to vault overflow and then selling automatically. They never actually make it to Vault Overflow.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 7/22/26 ~12:30AM Pacific
Repro steps - I laid it out pretty clearly above. Vault was full, items were automatically sold. I'd rather not reproduce again. In fact, I would like to get these items back if there is any possible way for that to happen.
