  Same except all my factions are VIP except for arachne. Also haven’t unlocked all the nodes to access VIP rewards for nucal or mida.

  Same I can't claim CyAc and SekGen rewards, and I have VIP in both.

  I have the same problem with all my factions. All VIP, plus I have ranked up two of them since the update and I can’t claim the rewards on them eithe.
