All Faction Rank Rewards Reclaimable

- Description of Issue - I launched the game and immediately noticed all of my rank rewards were available to claim again. I've confirmed I can claim them from all factions. I'm worried about folks being flagged for cheating if they claim all of them, but we can't get any new rank up rewards without claiming all of the old ones that pop up first.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 2:10 pm EST, 7/21/26, right after the new patch

Im on xbox and i also got this issue.
I logged on and had the terms of service agreement popup at the start, after accepting i had all of the faction rewards reclaimable and i was able to reclaim all of them with no issue
