Heat Grenades Not Dealing Damage Reliably

Heat grenades will harmlessly explode near enemy runners, doing neither heat nor damage.

In both cases the heat grenade lands at point blank with at least one target and does literally nothing. 

Also nerf or better yet remove the Misriah wholesale, that gun has been an absolute design and balance disaster since the WSTR got nerfed and left it un-counterable on the two endgame maps you all designed.
