Cryo Vault 3 locked in exit vent

- Rough Date and Time of issue - July 12th, 2026 at around 1:00 AM
- Repro steps - Hit the vent to exit and got locked in the vent.

My trio and I completed Vault 3 in Cryo, and as I was exiting, I pressed the button to enter the exit vent and got locked inside. My teammates weren't able to hit the button again, and I was trapped in there until the end of the round. I lost over 42K value, and this is ridiculous. I solemnly request that Bungie give me my stuff back since this bug ruined my run.
I can't attach my screenshots here, but if support reaches out to me at my email, I can provide proof as well as 2 witnesses: my teammates.
Please reward my lost loot back to me, as well as a fix to this issue, as this is absolutely detrimental to runs.

Thank you for your report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue and are working on a fix.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
