Marathon Deluxe Edition Licence Missing Post-Trial Week (PS5

I purchased the Marathon Deluxe Edition bundle on Day 1 of the trial week. PlayStation Support has completely removed my temporary trial license to clear the "Learn More" store loop, leaving my account with a zero-license state for the base game. I have the receipt for the Deluxe Edition, but the system treats it as an add-on upgrade with no core engine. Please manually push the base game entitlement to my linked PS
