Gear refund for server crash!

Bungie account - Sling3389#8484 While preparing for final exfil on perimeter, servers full crashed around 6am EST and I could not get back into the game. Lost all of my gear after wiping the lobby. Date and Time - 07/02/2026 around 6am EST I have a clip of when servers crashed and I could not get back into the game.
