Issue with Transport Manifest Trinket

I am currently playing on Steam. On 6/28/2026 around 1:30pm CST, I took down a transport drone and looted it while carrying the Transport Manifest Trinket, but I received no prestige salvage from the trinket. I completed the task as per the item description, and there are no answers on any online forum that I've seen.
If there is language missing from the description, please add it so as not to confuse other players.
