Assassin's Arata Vectus prestige skin is not available in the shop

I don't even play the assassin, just wanted to buy the skin because it looks insane (and to support the game). Unfortunately, it's not available in the shop

I'm talking about this skin (pic from YouTube):

It should appear somewhere here in the catalog (also not visible if the runner shel style filter is active:

Update:

I was able to purchase the skin via customize > shells > assasin
