The developer refuses to do the work for which I paid my money.

The game was purchased, the add-ons were purchased, but the developers disabled access, refusing to explain the reason. Technical support is ignoring. Money is not returned. I strongly do not recommend the project due to the owners' disregard for customers. This is a shame for the game and its creators.
