Description of Issue - after dying in a team fight, my team attempted to revive me and they said their HUD showed my countdown stuck and unmoving. One was playing triage and tried to use his ultimate on me to revive and that didn’t work either so I was forced to forfeit the rest of the match.

Repro steps - unsure other than be downed
