Were you standing on top of the exfil tower when this happened?
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.

Yes I was standing ontop. I always do for saftey. Less splash damage from grenades and bots can’t shove me with their shields. I’ve had previous reports where bots shoved me into the air with their force field shields and off the whole map. I’ve never had an issue till now.
I came in outpost with good gear because I was losing all of my good gear. I needed this win. Now I have even less. How do you call this fair?
