NuCaloric VIP 2 – Unable to Access Implant Upgrade Nodes on Row 3

Hello Bungie Team,
I would like to report a possible issue with the NuCaloric upgrade tree.
After reaching VIP 2 with NuCaloric, I am unable to access the implant upgrade nodes on the third row (nodes 2, 3, and 4). Based on my understanding of the progression path, these upgrades should be available once the VIP 2 requirement has been met.
I am currently VIP 2 (166/1000 VIP XP), but the affected nodes remain unavailable and cannot be selected or upgraded.
Steps taken:
1. Reached VIP 2 with NuCaloric.
2. Opened the NuCaloric upgrade tree.
3. Navigated to the third row of implant upgrades.
4. Attempted to access nodes 2–4.
The issue has persisted across multiple play sessions.
Could you please confirm whether this is intended behavior or a progression issue?
