  Hi there,

  Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

  Please provide the following details to add to your report:

  • The approximate date and time of when this happened
  • Did you experience this on one run or multiple runs? If multiple, about how many?
  • Were the kills on freshly killed UESC only, and were you looting their body drop each time?
  • What UESC enemy types were killed — recruit, elite, commander, warden, boss? 
  • Did all UESC stop dropping certs, or only some enemies? was it in one region? or one encounter?
  • Did certs still appear from other sources in that run? or were certs missing everywhere?
  • Do you have a longer clip or screenshots showing a few kills plus the post-kill loot result?

  Date and time -> 6/16, 1:27 PM EST

  One run or multiple runs? -> One run. In subsequent runs, certs were usually found in freshly killed UESC, although usually not in freshly killed UESC reinforcements. That might be an intended loot pool nerf.

  Were the kills on freshly killed UESC only? -> Yes. All freshly killed and immediately looted.

  What UESC types were killed? -> Recruits and elites (green and blue shields).

  Did all UESC stop dropping certs? -> Yes. I did not see a single cert that entire run. Killed a runner at exfil, and they also didn't have any certs.
