Unable to be revived on Perimeter
On Perimeter in Trio Crew Fill
I was unable to be revived by hand or by Triage super by my two teammates after being eliminated in a fight. They said that my timer was stuck on :19 seconds. Similar to what was happening this past weekend in Cryo.

This happened at approximately 12:30am eastern time on June 16.
This was on normal perimeter where I spawned with a free kit and my two crew fill teammates had loadouts.
In between Hauler and North Relay on the incline where the tick nests spawn. We had spawned at Hauler and were ambushing a team opening a secured resource crate by rotating northeast around the rocks. I went down and was finished while my two teammates won the fight and attempted to revive me. They said that my respawn timer was locked at :19 seconds, and my Triage teammate attempted to revive me twice with his super, which didn't work.
I didn't take any screenshots or videos.
