Missing Ranked Rewards
I’ve reached Gold III in the previous ranked season and encountered a black screen after my uprank match. After restarting the game, I was disconnected from the Marathon servers and was unable to log back in for the rest of the evening.
The next day, I discovered that my rank had been reset to Silver I, and a significant amount of my progress was missing. I wasn't able to reach Gold again afterwards as Ranked switched to Cryo Archive, and I didn't have much time to play.
As a result, I'm now missing the rewards in the Codex and have only received the rewards for Silver I. :(

Do you have a video or a screenshot showing that you were rank III or of the black screen occuring? Also do you have the approximate date and time of when this match was?

Sadly I don‘t have a clip of the black screen that occurred since you‘re not able to clip after restarting the game on PlayStation. I do have a clip of the Login-loop that occurred afterwards & I have a pretty bad picture I‘ve sent to a buddy right after my run that I could provide if it helps. The match was shortly before ranked switched from Outpost to Cryo Archive. I don‘t know the exact time and date but it was quite late pre-midnight.
