Bungie Support not responding to certain posts
I see that Bungie Support is currently active and responding to posts, however you seem to be avoiding posts from those of us who bought the Deluxe edition of Marathon before the store description was updated.
We just want an update on when we will be able to access the game again after your June 5th Development Team post claiming we would get the full game (as advertised).
Any update would be appreciated.

My post (regarding the PS Store discount ending before the end of the free week) is marked as "Bungie Answered", but there's no answer at all. 🤦♂️
Yeah I seen that! I was hopeful that they finally responded but nothing showed up.
They have responded to several other posts here on the forum, but nothing regarding the deluxe edition issue.
Someone posted on Reddit that now that the trial has ended the game should automatically be added to your account, and no further action is required. I got downvoted to oblivion for asking where they got that information, and for saying that many people, myself included haven't received it yet.
I was looking through that thread and trying to up vote your comments because they are valid. Does anyone know when Bungie officially updated the description in the store? I know the Development Team made a post acknowledging what happened on the 5th. Is that when it was corrected in the store or is there a chance it was actually corrected before that day?
I believe the updated description about the deluxe edition not including the base game was added on June 5th. I'm not sure at what time exactly though.
I purchased the deluxe edition on June 3rd.
Sony costumer support hasn't been very helpful. They wouldn't give me an "exact time and date," but they said it was "around June 4th." I also purchased it before that date, so I feel like we should be eligible for the full game.
Yeah, I’m thankful that they are giving the game to us, but it is frustrating that there hasn’t been any word since then. Any sort of answers would be preferable to being ignored.
