Marathon $14 Deluxe not letting me play

Bought the Deluxe Edition of marathon and cannot play it or download it now. Saw there was a problem with this. I purchased it on my playstation account. Wanted to see if I could get a voucher code for base game. On my receipt it says it comes with the base game. Please need help thank you! Playstation said I cannot even get a refund because I played it already for a certain amount if time. Please send code thank you!
