PS Store Deluxe Edition - Still No Timeline
I am in the same boat as many others who purchased the Deluxe Edition at the discounted price on PS5 and have been waiting for information about when the base game will be unlocked in my account. I've spoken to PlayStation support who refuse to budge until there is an official PlayStation statement regarding this.
When will this be done so we can get back in the game? I think it's pretty poor to say people who were caught by this will have access restored but then provide no details and not have a mitigation in place by the time the trial ends.

Yeah this isn't cool. They should have definitely made sure to take care of this prior to the free trial ending. It's been a full week since their announcement, and no new info or timeline has been provided. Some people are claiming to have received the game though. Have you tried logging in to see yet? I checked as soon as I saw a post on Reddit claiming to have received the game automatically, but I still don't have it.
I mean I'm happy that they agreed to honor the purchase, but at this point, I wish I had just bought the Standard version when it was still on sale, instead of the Deluxe.
