License issue with Marathon Deluxe Edition (Ukraine PS Store error)
Hello. During the Open Play Week, I purchased the "Marathon — видання Deluxe Edition (Гра)" bundle in the Ukrainian PlayStation Store. Due to a pricing and description error in the PS Store, the product was labeled as the full "Game", but it only granted the Deluxe upgrade license. Now the game is locked for me.
PlayStation Support acknowledged the store description error but refused a refund because the content was "used" during the free trial. They explicitly directed me to Bungie, stating that the publisher grants access to the game for players who encountered this situation.
I have the official PlayStation purchase receipt and the chat transcript ready. How and where can I safely provide these documents to Bungie Support to resolve this license issue?

I got this problem too and i got the screenshot proof that sony did not update the store marathon page info
