Loadout value breaking when replacing an item with another item

Description of Issue -
Replacing an item with another in loadout doesn't calculate the right value.

This stopped me from queuing for cryo as my value was below 5k on my end but not my friends.

Repro steps - Replace an item in your loadout with another item and it will not correctly add value of new item but just remove the value of your old item. Doesn't happen if you put the item in the vault and put another in the empty slot.
