PS5 Deluxe Edition Purchase
Hey I was one of the people that got lucky and bought the deluxe edition upgrade on PS5 and Bungie said I’d be getting the entire game. Attempting to play today and couldn’t get in, tried to redownload and I can’t. Anyone know where I could get some assistance?

It was purchased on June 4th, before anything was updated and the twitter post said I’d be getting the base edition at no additional cost. I do not want a refund I just want to play.
I'm in the same boat, and can't seem to get any answers or update. Just logged in after work and can't play. I purchased on June 3rd, and been keeping an eye out for any update. I thought they would have had it sorted before the free play period ended. Their last update was almost 6 days ago.

We are investigating the reported issues with the publisher and the relevant teams.
The Marathon Development Team has released an announcement on X that consumers that downloaded the Marathon Deluxe Edition at the discounted price will receive the full base game at no additional cost. The publisher has not released a timeframe for when this will happen. We advise to continue to follow the publisher for the latest updates.

Thanks for the info from Sony. I hoped they figured it out since they made the announcement 5 days ago. Since I ended up saving money I actually bought D2: The Collection to support Bungo nonetheless but I guess they’d rather me not play Marathon lol
Found this thread while googling the issue, im not rly on twitter so I didnt see the update when It happened. I got a Sony Support Rep who said they had no idea about Bungie giving out the game and actually moved to refund my copy! Crazy work
