Loadout value is calculated incorrectly when swapping items, eventually setting to Zero.

- Description of Issue - Loadout value is not calculated correctly when being modified with shields and other items (incorrect value counter management)
- Rough Date and Time of issue -11 Jun 2026, 5PM
- Repro steps - Clear loadout, add items to loadout. Swap low value item in loadout with high value item from vault, and keep repeating. Value keeps dropping to the value of the item being swapped, and sets to 0 when the item is removed from the loadout entirely.
