Locked in Cryo vault 3 exit vent.

- Description of Issue - After clearing vault 3 the vault exit vent was already open. My teammate pressed the button that would normally open it as I was crouch walking through and both ends of the vent closed. The panel was then disabled and my teammate was unable to open the vent back up. I was trapped there until the end of the round.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 06/11/2025, around 4 PM CST
- Repro steps - We went back another run to see if it was already open and it was not. It may only sometimes be open already, or it may be opening automatically when clearing vault 3. Regardless, pressing the panel to open the exit vent when the vent is already open causes it to be closed permanently.

I also had the same thing happen just now, Cryo vault 3 and both my teammates
had to leave me to die.
