Premium Rewards Pass voucher gone after reset
So I've kept the rewards Pass and now it's gone after reset. I've been writing with support for a week and now they flat out folded
"Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue. We understand that it is important to get the right assistance for your concerns, and we want to direct you to the appropriate resources."
Saying basically to make a thread here or whatever. Abysmal. I'm extremely frustrated over this and for how long such a simple issue has been going on for.

Thanks for reaching out.
There was a bug that occurred in Season 1, which created a physical voucher in some player's vaults. This voucher had no effect on ownership and could be deleted. For more info about the bug check out this post.
