Wrongfully banned
For some reason I logged on yesterday and was banned. I have over 300 hours on PS5 and have never cheated nor wanted to. I love this game and it is a shame that during the recent ban wave it seems that multiple people have been mistakenly banned.
I recently got the Scuf PS5 controller but I doubt that is a bannable offense for a controller that is ENDORSED by the console.

You can check all logs and inputs. Please HELP I want to help this game continue to grow and it sucks not being able to play my favorite game right now at the beginning of a season.

If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.
If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
