Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my permanent ban in Marathon and to request another review of my case.
I have over 300 hours in Marathon and have always played legitimately. I have never used cheats, macros, VPNs, third-party tools, or any software that could violate the game’s rules. The only application running in the background was Discord.
Immediately before the ban occurred, I noticed the packet loss warning icon appearing in-game and my connection became unstable for a brief moment. At the same time, I received a “Goji” error, which I have been unable to find any official information about. Shortly after this error appeared, I was removed from the match and immediately received a permanent ban.
Because of the timing of these events, I believe the ban may have been triggered incorrectly due to a network issue, an unexpected server-side problem, or a false positive detection. I was simply playing normally and did not intentionally do anything that would violate the rules.
I already submitted a support ticket regarding this issue, but it has now been more than 23 days without any response or update. I understand that support teams can be busy, but the lack of communication for such an extended period is very concerning, especially considering the severity of a permanent ban.
I respectfully ask for a manual review of my account, including any logs related to the “Goji” error, the packet loss event, and the ban that followed immediately afterward. I am willing to provide any additional information that may help with the investigation.
