Game crashes after exfiling, dying, or manually leaving run.

The issue seems to occur whenever I am attempting to return the the lobby.

Exfil: game freezes after a few seconds or upon holding down the 'continue' button, whatever audio was last heard continues on a loop, audio goes away, audio returns, game completely closes. (no error code)

Death: game freezes after holding down the 'continue' or 'abandon team' button, following events are same as they occur during an exfil. (no error code)

Leave run: game instantly freezes and no audio is played before completely closing. (no error code)

Upon relaunching the game I am met with the end of run screen as normal and if I managed to exfil then I keep everything I obtained. It seems it is simply an issue of getting me to the end of run screen.

I have tried just about every possible solution me or anyone I have spoken to could think of and nothing works. I did not experience this issue during either season one or the server slam, so I do not think this is an issue with my personal device. I wanted to wait until update 1.1.0.1 to see if it would be fixed but it was not so I am sending this report to you. Thank you for your time.

Apologies for the late response, I have acquired a clip of the bug. Unfortunately my recording software ended the clip as soon as it returned me to my desktop but all that you would have seen is the game go from the frozen screen to my desktop background.

Thanks for the video.

Could you also let us know the following:
- The approximate date and time of when this first happened
- Does this happen on all maps? or only on some maps?
Also, have you tried the following basic troubleshooting steps:
- Verify the game file integrity through steam
- Making sure that all of your drivers, windows, and your BIOS are all fully up-to-date.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

I began experiencing this bug on June 2nd.

It happens on all maps.

I have already attempted all listed trouble shooting steps.
