UI for main menu bug

Hello I'm Wolfdragon1383 I play on Steam I have a taller then average monitor, and since the start of session 2 I have noticed the menu's do not cover my screen fully. My Resolution in game is right for my monitor, and this was not a problem last season but now when I'm in say the armory there is a bar on top of my screen that shows the regular menu background (the one with the tree) my currency numbers and session rank displays also do not go higher then the bottom of this bar
