Season 2 Mailbox Completely Not Working – Missing Rewards - Gold borrowed items lost

Since the beginning of season 2 my Mail System has not been working at all so the 6 Blue Free kits you guys provided after all server crashed did not get received neither did borrowed items that I gave to my friend (Gold Mizzy, Gold Specter Shield, Purples ammo pack and more)
