VIP rewards incorrect

In S1, I achieved VIP in Cyac, Nucal, Traxus, and Mida, as you can see on the screenshots.
I only got the reward for Mida, so Cyac, Nucal, and Traxus are missing.
And funnily enough, I got Sekgen, even though I didn't achieve VIP for this one.

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
Im having the same problem I got all the faction to VIP and only got 2 rewards the Mida and Sekiguchi reward everything else nothing. :(
Adding on and confirming that, like Saizo_Zeke, I only received the VIP profile backgrounds for SekGen and MIDA after the reset.
Adding to this, I was VIP with all factions last season and only received Mida and Sekiguchi banners/codex entries for Early Bird VIP.
I have the same issue, I've got the VIP gun skins for the factions I hit VIP on. (All but MIDA and Sekgen) Then I don't get the VIP banner for all those factions, but I have the one for Sekgen.
