How much "additional time" do you guys need?

Pls dont copy n paste the same response its been hours since you guys announced the servers being shut down, I know it takes time but any REAL updates would be appreciated by the community

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having server issues. Our team is aware of the recent rise in server issues and is working on identifying the underlying cause. The servers have been brought offline to try and resolve the underlying connectivity issues.
